These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the p5555 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any related bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. p5555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify the p5555 support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

p5555 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions cannot be made through any method other than these three.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take a little longer on national holidays or under unusual network conditions.

3.4 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, p5555 may require additional verification for any transaction. All financial transactions are conducted using SSL encryption and in accordance with fair play principles.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳42,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is offered once per account only.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets approved by the platform.
• p5555 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they may only be withdrawn after the specified conditions have been met.

5 VIP Loyalty Program

The p5555 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular activity. Cashback is credited to your account automatically each week. Contact the support team for more details on VIP benefits.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the p5555 platform:

• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain an artificial advantage by exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account or breaching the platform's security.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited. p5555 also reserves the right to take legal action.
